About Me

I'm a people-first customer success leader who believes the best products are built with the customer in the room. I started my career in the mortgage industry managing loan officers, which gave me a strong foundation in trust, communication, and high-stakes relationship building. That foundation carried me into tech, where I found my home at the intersection of customer success and product development.

Today my focus is simple: stay close to customers, understand their world deeply, and bring those insights back to help build something better. I've spent years in customer-facing roles that touched rev ops, sales enablement, and SDR team building along the way, but what gets me up in the morning is the work of turning real customer feedback into real product improvements. I'm a builder at heart, and I do my best building when I'm connected to the people I'm building for.

Outside of work you'll find me exploring NYC with my fiancée, rooting for the Eagles, preparing time-consuming meals, riding my bike, and exploring creative hobbys like forcing Cursor to help me code this website.
